This is the place for us to stay meaningfully engaged with our community.
The Ugnayan newsletter is a monthly pause to reflect and reconnect with yourself. It explores the different wellbeing themes in our Ugnayan Cards, their meaning, value, and practice, as well as announcements on community gatherings and other things that bring meaning, joy and freedom in our lives, which we hope connect with you.
Sadya ng Paglikha | Intention of the Creation of Ugnayan
Ugnayan means connection in Tagalog or Filipino language.
Through open-ended questions, inspired by concepts in wellbeing science, Filipino psychology, language and culture, Ugnayan invites you to create space for intentional grounding and joyful growth.
The deck includes 96 thought-provoking questions, organized in 12 different wellbeing themes, written in both Tagalog & English, and a short guide to help you facilitate a more connecting space for yourself and others.
By reconnecting with your own experiences and narrative, and listening to that of others, we hope to generate more empathy for ourselves and for each other towards a more mindful, fully expressed life.
