Makipag-Ugnayan

Maligayang pagdating sa Mga Liham ng Ugnayan dito sa Substack!

Mga Liham ng Ugnayan are love letters to our community of ka-Ugnayans. We create this as a gift of pause, reflection and reconnection with ourselves and with you, to explore our cards’ different wellbeing themes more deeply. ✨

So far we’ve had:

Along with these deeper dives into our themes, our newsletter also include announcements on upcoming Ugnayan Tambayans, gatherings, workshops or other resources that deepen connection and bring meaning, joy, and freedom in our lives. (For the latest updates on upcoming events, it’s best to check @ugnayancards on Instagram.)

We will likely only send monthly-ish emails, and you can opt out at any time (though we really hope you’ll stay). 🥺🥹

Sadya ng Paglikha | Intention of the Creation of Ugnayan

Ugnayan means connection in Tagalog or Filipino language.

Through open-ended questions, inspired by concepts in wellbeing science, Filipino psychology, language and culture, Ugnayan invites you to create space for intentional grounding and joyful growth.

By reconnecting with your own experiences and narrative, and listening to that of others, we hope to generate more empathy for ourselves and for each other towards a more mindful, fully expressed life, and a more connected and compassionate world
